Service Description
*PRICING INCLUDES FIRST 4 GUESTS. THE EXPERIENCE IS PRIVATE TO YOUR GROUP ONLY* This winter, meet Firefly Grove’s holiday unicorn, one of our miniature horses dressed for the season. Take a holiday photo together, then head out on a guided stroll with your new walking companion. This guided experience takes you through our five-acre working farm estate, home to more than 700 avocado trees, 400 exotic fruit trees representing over 70 varieties, culinary gardens, honeybees, and a whole cast of friendly farm animals. Start with a taste of the season, which may include warm spiced tea made with hibiscus grown on the farm and a bite of our signature avocado fudge. Then head into the Grove with your guide to explore the orchards and gardens, meet our Flemish Giant rabbits, mini horses, goats, quail, and chickens, and see what’s growing and changing across the farm. Winter is a chance to discover some of the more unusual fruits we grow. Depending on the week, you might spot or taste: - Finger limes, with tiny citrus pearls inside - Calamondins - Oranges and mandarins - Lemons - Pink lemonade fruit - Cherries and other seasonal surprises WHAT’S INCLUDED - Holiday-inspired welcome elixir & signature avocado fudge - Private staff-led immersive farm experience - Meet our holiday unicorn and pose together for photos - Avocado grove, exotic orchard + culinary garden exploration - Guided Mini Horse Meander with our dressed-up miniature horse - Encounters with our Flemish Giant rabbits and other farm residents - Gentle animal feeding or farm chore moments, as available - Plant lore, seasonal growing stories, and a look at our regenerative farming practices - Tastings of available citrus, freeze-dried fruit, or other seasonal offerings - Scenic photo stops throughout the Grove GOOD TO KNOW Firefly Grove is a working farm, so specific fruits, vegetables, and harvest opportunities vary naturally throughout the season and cannot be guaranteed. Experiences take place outdoors. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, and come prepared for dirt, uneven paths, plants, animals, bees, and seasonal weather.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Client may cancel or reschedule the reservation within 48 hours for a full refund. Less than 48 hours is non-refundable. Can’t make it but know someone who’d love it? Substitutions are always welcome at no cost. LATE ARRIVAL: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened experience, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Late arrivals are not eligible for extensions or refunds. TRANSPORTATION & PARKING: Firefly Grove can accommodate a maximum of 20 cars, or 2 busses. All vehicles must be parked inside the property gates at all times. Larger groups should plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in. FINAL HEADCOUNT: If you are unsure of your final group headcount prior to booking, we recommend booking for the minimum number to lock in your date. Additional guests may be added on with 48 hours and billed separately. ATTIRE: Firefly Grove is an outdoor working farm. Close toed shoes are REQUIRED. Comfortable clothing, sun protection and layers are reccommended. Guests should be prepared for dirt, uneven ground, plants, animals, and changing weather. PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed. If service animals will be present, you must notify us in advance. Our Livestock Guardian Dogs roam the property freely. Guests with severe allergies or phobias of dogs may not be well suited. ADULT SUPERVISION: For participants under 18, we require a minimum of 1 adult chaperone per 6 children. Chaparones are responsible for helping students follow farm safety guidelines throughout the visit. OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE: Outside food & beverage is permitted during your activity (ie. picnic, snacks). Guests are responsible for cleaning up all debris. Food not allowed inside animal areas. Alcohol is not permitted. WEATHER Our experiences are primarily outdoors and continue in most light weather conditions. Please come prepared for sun, dirt, uneven terrain, seasonal temperatures, and light rain. If Firefly Grove determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Guest-requested cancellations due to weather are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
