Service Description
Step into the heart of Firefly Grove with our Tour the Grove package, a guided exploration of the farm and its charming residents. This hour-long tour invites you to experience the natural beauty of the grove, learn about our regenerative practices, and meet the animals that call Firefly Grove home. Wander through flourishing vegetable gardens, peek into the bustling chicken coop, and say hello to our mini-horses, friendly bunnies, chickens and bees. Whether you’re looking to connect with nature, learn more about sustainable farming, or simply enjoy a day on the farm, this tour is the perfect introduction to all that Firefly Grove has to offer. What's included - A refreshing seasonal herbal elixir to begin your tour. - A 60-minute guided tour of the property, showcasing: - Insights into regenerative farming practices. - Visits to gardens, orchards, and animal enclosures. - Opportunities to interact with mini-horses, chickens, and a bunny. Highlights - The tour includes moderate walking on uneven and inclined surfaces - Comfortable closed toe walking shoes are required and sun protection (hats, sunscreen) are recommended. - Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. - Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and begin the tour on time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Weekday Bookings (Mon–Fri): Cancel more than 48 hours in advance and receive a full refund, credit, or the option to reschedule. Cancel within 48 hours and your booking becomes non-refundable, though we may be able to offer a credit or reschedule for a small administrative fee. Can’t make it but know someone who’d love it? Substitutions are always welcome at no cost. Weekend Bookings (Sat–Sun): Cancel more than 7 days in advance and receive a full refund, credit, or the option to reschedule. Cancel within 7 days and your booking becomes non-refundable, though we may be able to offer a credit or reschedule for a small administrative fee. Late Arrival Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your experience may be shortened and cannot be extended or refunded. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your start time, your booking may be canceled and marked as a no-show, and we are unable to issue a refund.
