Explore Firefly Grove with our complimentary Farm Tour, designed for those interested in our Nature Immersion Program. Visit our vibrant garden, spacious deck, and animal areas, while engaging with our knowledgeable staff to answer any questions and ensure a perfect fit for your loved one.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Weekday Bookings (Mon–Fri): Cancel more than 48 hours in advance and receive a full refund, credit, or the option to reschedule. Cancel within 48 hours and your booking becomes non-refundable, though we may be able to offer a credit or reschedule for a small administrative fee. Can’t make it but know someone who’d love it? Substitutions are always welcome at no cost. Weekend Bookings (Sat–Sun): Cancel more than 7 days in advance and receive a full refund, credit, or the option to reschedule. Cancel within 7 days and your booking becomes non-refundable, though we may be able to offer a credit or reschedule for a small administrative fee. Late Arrival Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your experience may be shortened and cannot be extended or refunded. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your start time, your booking may be canceled and marked as a no-show, and we are unable to issue a refund.
