We offer a 30 day retrun policy for all unused and unopen products. Customers may retrun items for  a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and paackkaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsiblity. Please fill out our return form and send it along with the product and your receipt .

We typically ship parcels weighing less than 1 pound USPS First class, parcels weighing more than 1 popund USPS priority Mail.

Shipment processing Time

We ship and process 5 days a week, and are always working hard to make sure that you reveive your order as quickly as possible. Most orders places Monday-Friday are process and shipped within one day. Order are not shipped or d ellivered on Sundays or Holidayss.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slighly deelayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delilvery. If there will be a significant d elaaya in the shipment of your order due to cirumstances withour our control we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you provided when you placed your order.  SHipping fees are a flat fee for anything less than 5lbs at 8.99.We do not ship items that weigh anything over 4.9lbs.
